For the Staff and the Admin Control Panel, change the following from \locale\en-us\en-us.php

For the Client Support Center, search the following language phrases and edit from: 

Admin CP -> Languages -> Search Phrases

To remove the hyperlink of kayako.com from the Admin and the Staff login page: 

Admin CP > Templates > general > footer Edit **NOTE** located at 4th last line of template)
