Firefox 4.x Java Issue

Okay, I use to be able to connect to webex with Firefox and now that it upgraded to 4.x I have not been able to connect. When I try and connect I receive the following error message

To fix this issue all you need to do is change Firefox from 64bit to 32bit and to do this it is very simple. Open Finder and browse down to Firefox and right click on it and select Get Info

Ensure "Open in 32bit mode" is selected and then close this window and close Firefox and reopen. Try webex or whatever site it is that was giving you problems and it should be working.
