When you want to view all networks in Infoblox you can run the following command in a browser

https://[Grid IP]/wapi/v1.4.1/network?_max_results=10

The output is XML format

If you just want to see all with a certain Extensible Attribute you would use something like

https://[Grid IP]/wapi/v1.4.1/network?*City=Jacksonville

You can search for as many extensible attributes as you need
