January 9, 201214 yr We would like to inform you that in order to add the user(s) password in the auto res ponder message you will need to modify the templates 'email_ticketautoresponderhtml' & 'email_ticketautorespondertext'. You may find these templates under : Admin CP > Templates > Templates > Tickets Once done you will need to rebuild the help desk cache from : Admin CP > Diagnostics > Rebuild cache Please note that you will need to do this on your own as we do not provide assistance in code/template modifications.
