I have been trying to get this wireless to work and no luck.

Anyone have any suggestions for me to try.

This is the next thing I am trying...

1. Uninstall “bcmwl-kernel-source†package

sudo apt-get remove bcmwl-kernel-source

2. install “firmware-b43-installer†package

sudo apt-get install firmware-b43-installer[/code]








3. install “b43-fwcutter†packager

Get an output similar to the following:

This worked for me.. thanks. (or it could of been the fact wireless settings were set all funky in the BIOS of my Dell)
