Austin Flemming’s passion for cars began long before he could drive one. Growing up near St. Louis, Missouri, he was surrounded by horsepower. What first caught his attention was how the cars looked, but what truly hooked him was how they worked. There were plenty of things to do around his family’s home near Tulsa, Oklahoma, but a teenage Bobby Savedra III chose to spend time working on street cars with his father. It was a big decision to race NHRA Pro Stock at the age of 19, and it’s certainly one that requires a healthy dose of confidence. Brandon Miller, though, doesn’t come off like a guy with a big ego. He’s authentically humble, dedicated, and grateful. Truthfully, working for his dream doesn’t leave much time for overconfidence, and more often than not, you’ll see an almost shy smile on his face as he prepares to step into his family-owned Dodge Dart.
