Check Out The Record Breaking Ford GT Mk IV Lap Around Nürburgring! 6:15 Is The Quickest Internal Combustion Vehicle Ever On Track!

(0 reviews)

Before anyone starts yelling that there are quicker cars that have been around the Nurburgring, remember that there are only two of them and both of those cars had electric assist as a power adder. This Ford GT Mk IV does not have electric assist and is a beast. No American OEM has been quicker, and this record is the 3rd quickest of all time on the track. Pretty impressive.

Video Description:

The Ford GT Mk IV sets the fastest time ever run at the Nürburgring by an American OEM, and third fastest time overall. The time of six minutes, 15.977 seconds makes this the fastest car that is exclusively powered by an Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) around the Nürburgring Nordschleife.

Ride on board with Frédéric Vervisch in the Ford GT Mk IV for the historic moment at the Green Hell.
