A PDM, or Power Distribution Module, is like a smart fuse panel. They can not only control the application of power to certain circuits, but can do so based on user defined parameters. I’m not going to get into the meat and potatoes of PDM in the writeup though because the video covers that to help you decide which one of these is the correct module for your project.
