Users getting kicked off (Intranet)

I just had an issue where only one intranet user could connect at a time.  If another laptop/user logged on it would kick out the one that was already there.

I have tried changing, clearing cookies.

In the end, it was because IPS Connect was enabled and it should be the Internal Database only.
