Outlook Exchange is not mandatory for email but all my archived mail in in Microsoft Entourage (which I absolutely love for its ease of use and speed. Searching in Entourage takes 2 seconds max, Outlook it takes 5 minutes.. no joke)

Any idea on how to move my mail from Entourage to Outlook?


 


On your Mac:

Copy the Export Folders Script (attached below) to DocumentsMicrosoft User DataEntourage Script Menu Items


Create a folder on your Desktop named Mail Folders


Open Entourage, highlight the folder you want to EXPORT and click on the Scripts icon in the menu bar and select Export Folders

On your PC:

Install IMAPSize (attached below) and open the .MBOX file that you exported above. This will convert the files to .eml files that you can import into Outlook Express and then import from Outlook Express into Outlook.
