I have this request and not sure what they mean by sticky session.

What they are asking is whether they have persistence setup on there virtual server.

On your LTM click Local Traffic >> Virtual Servers >> Virtual Server List

Search and find the virtual server in question and click on Resources and under Load Balancing and under Default Pool you should see an option for Default Persistence Profile and Fallback Persistence Profile.
