How to re-enable an Offline Slot

In your vCMP Guest browse to System - Clusters - Properties and you see something like the following showing a Slot # in Red (meaning offline)

To enable it (make the red diamond turn into a green circle) SSH into the vCMP Guest and type the following command (using the number 2 since Slot 2 is the Slot that is offline) 

tmsh modify sys cluster default members { 2 { enabled } }

Thats it...  now refresh your page and you should see two green circles showing both slots are online
