NASCAR Cup Series: Geico 500 at Talladega Highlights | NASCAR on FOX
Engines fired at the Geico 500 at Talladega Superspeedway on Sunday. The race consisted of 188 laps with Stages going 60-60-68. Chase Elliott won Stage 1, his third stage victory at Talladega and first of the season. Aric Almirola beat out Elliott for the Stage 2 win in a photo finish. There was 8 total cautions and the race ended with an overtime finish. Kyle Busch crossed the finish line as cars crashed behind him. The race ended under caution after Bubba Wallace got around following contact from Ryan Blaney. Blaney finished second while Chase Briscoe placed third.
