John Hunter Nemechek came to Martinsville and made a statement. He won both Stages 1 and 2 while also leading 198 of 250 laps and was able to pick up his second win of the 2023 season. This made him the 12th different winner in the last 12 years in the Xfinity Series race at Martinsville. There were a few wrecks throughout the race.
