  1. A 20-minute, factory-audio upgrade that uses Polaris’s pre-ran rear sub harness to deliver serious low-end without a full audio rebuild P/N: 260-RZ6-UNPHZD-BS10V CAMARILLO, Calif., March 4, 2026 – SSV Works (www.ssvworks.com). SSV Works, the original UTV audio brand and a global leader in weatherproof off-road audio systems, today announced the launch of its new Plug-&-Play Rear-Seat 10″ Subwoofer Add-On Kit engineered specifically for the 2026 Polaris RZR Pro R factory audio system. For 2026, Polaris introduced an 8-channel, 1500-watt factory amplifier and pre-ran a rear subwoofer output harness to the rear seat area. SSV Works designed this kit to take advantage of that factory layout, creating a true add-on solution that drops under the rear driver-side seat and plugs directly into the factory rear subwoofer output, with no wire routing, no dash teardown, and no fabrication. The result is a fast, clean upgrade for Pro R owners who want more bass from their factory system without committing to a full aftermarket audio build. SSV Works 10-inch Subwoofer “Not everyone wants to go all-in on a complete aftermarket kit, but a lot of riders still want the low-end the factory system is missing,” said Kelson, Marketing Director of SSV Works. “This add-on is the smart middle ground. You keep the factory audio system, and you get a noticeable bass upgrade in about 20 minutes.” Designed for real off-road use, the rear-seat enclosure delivers deep, hard-hitting bass while staying tucked away and protected. Because the Pro R already has the rear sub output in place, installation stays simple and cost-effective, making it an ideal next-step upgrade for factory-audio Pro R owners. Built specifically for the 2026 Polaris RZR Pro R factory audio system “This is the kind of upgrade dealers love because it sells itself,” added Kelson. “If you have Pro R Ultimate’s sitting on the showroom floor, this is a perfect solution to install ahead of time. Customers hear it once and it helps close the deal.” Key Features • Built specifically for the 2026 Polaris RZR Pro R factory audio system • Plug-&-Play connection to the factory rear subwoofer output harness • Drops into the cavity under the rear driver-side rear seat • No wire run, no cutting, no fabrication, and no dash access required • 20-minute install for a fast, high-impact upgrade • Limited Lifetime Warranty • A cost-effective way to add more bass while keeping the factory amplifier and system intact For more information, please visit www.SSVWorks.com, call 818-991-1SSV (1778), or email sales@SSVworks.com. Jamie Campbell-owned team to make 2026 debut this weekend Two-time Dakar champion Ricky Brabec, two-time SCORE champion Ricky Torres to compete in Mint 400 Ahead of this weekend’s Mint 400—the flagship event in the newly formed American Off-Road Racing Championship—American Honda announced today that Team Raceco Honda will manage the manufacturer’s official side-by-side desert-racing effort. The team will campaign the remainder of the new series, which unifies Unlimited Off-Road Racing and Best in the Desert in what they call “North America’s premier desert-racing league.” Owned by off-road veteran Jamie Campbell, Raceco-USA is known for its extensive line of aftermarket components for the Honda Talon platform, as well as for offering top-level off-road fabrication services. This season, the team will compete in the AORRC’s UTV Pro division (the series’ premier side-by-side class), racing a Talon 1000R equipped with a Jackson Racing turbo. The team may feature other drivers in the series’ following races, which include the Silver State 300, Vegas to Reno and the Laughlin Desert Challenge (the Parker 400 was already held). “I bleed Honda Red!” Campbell said. “I’m very grateful for the opportunities that Honda has presented to me over the years. 4. Every tire brand claims durability. Every race team talks about confidence. But at King of the Hammers, the rocks don’t care about marketing — they expose weaknesses fast. In 2026, OBOR Racing showed up not just to participate — but to prove something. Johnson Valley’s brutal granite ledges, sharp-edge climbs, and endless desert transitions are widely regarded as the ultimate proving ground for off-road tire technology. This year, OBOR arrived with more teams, deeper engineering, and a bold move into uncharted territory: the debut of the All-New 35” Competition Kevlar RocScraper Spec. Engineering Confidence The new 35” Kevlar RocScraper Competition Spec wasn’t a cosmetic update. It was purpose-built for King of the Hammers. Featuring reinforced Kevlar sidewall construction, the tire was designed to address one of the race’s most common failure points — sidewall punctures and cuts under extreme load. Drivers running the new competition spec immediately noticed the difference. The reinforced sidewall structure allowed teams to confidently run lower pressures for traction without sacrificing stability. In technical rock sections, where one bad line can end a race, that confidence matters. For Dustin Robbins, the difference was immediate and measurable. “King of the Hammers is all about trust — trust in your car, your equipment, and your tires,” said Dustin Robbins of AllThingz UTV. “With the Kevlar RocScraper, I could drive more aggressively in the rocks without worrying about sidewall damage. That changes how you approach obstacles. Instead of hesitating, you commit — and that makes a huge difference in a race like this.” The feedback across teams was consistent: the Kevlar spec wasn’t just surviving the rocks — it was allowing drivers to attack them. A Historic Step Into the 4400 Race of Kings While the UTV classes remain a major focus for OBOR, 2026 marked a defining milestone for the brand: its first-ever participation in the legendary 4400 Unlimited Race of Kings. Elite competitors Dustin Robbins (AllThingz UTV) and Robert Liebel lined up in the premier class on the 37x10R15 RocScraper Competition Spec, bringing OBOR into one of the most demanding motorsports environments on the planet. The 4400 class represents the absolute pinnacle of rock racing — massive horsepower, unlimited suspension, and terrain that destroys equipment without hesitation. By stepping into this arena, OBOR signaled a new level of confidence in its product platform. For Robert Liebel, the move into the 4400 class was both a challenge and a validation of the tire’s capability. “The 4400 cars put unbelievable stress on everything — especially tires,” said Robert Liebel. “The RocScraper competition spec handled sharp rock hits, side loads, and long race distances without giving us problems. When you’re running this level of terrain and horsepower, durability isn’t optional — it’s everything.” It wasn’t just participation. It was proof of performance under the most extreme racing conditions in off-road motorsports. Depth Across the Field Beyond the historic 4400 entry, OBOR Racing delivered one of its strongest UTV campaigns to date. 2026 King of the Hammers Results Highlights: 4th Overall — Dustin Robbins (Can-Am UTV Championship) 1st Place Pro Stock Turbo — Kurt Mackie 4th Place Pro Mod — Shabs Piercy 15 total teams competing on RocScraper UTV tires With 15 teams competing on RocScraper UTV tires, OBOR demonstrated not only top- tier results, but depth — a key indicator of a growing and trusted race program. From high-speed desert stretches to vertical rock ledges like Chocolate Thunder, the RocScraper platform proved adaptable, predictable, and durable under pressure. From Challenger to Contender King of the Hammers has always been a proving ground — not just for drivers, but for brands. Success here doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built through testing, refinement, and real-world punishment. For OBOR, 2026 marked a turning point. The introduction of the Kevlar-reinforced 35” competition spec, the expansion into the 4400 Unlimited class, and the strong overall UTV results signal a brand evolving from challenger to serious contender. In a sport where equipment failure often determines outcome, reliability becomes reputation. And reputation is earned in the rocks. 6. By Cain Smead Over 65 Pro Class UTVs have entered for the 2026 BF Goodrich Mint 400, totaling the highest car count we’ve ever seen in any race. The novelty pro, non pro, and youth classes make up the rest of the 172-car field. I am still baffled why promoters offer so many classes and why racers don’t try to enter classes with the most entries, allowing a better opportunity for prize money and competition. For example, you have classes like Pro Stock and Pro Stock Modified. If your car is stock, it should go in a stock (or sportsman) class, or if you’re fast enough, the Pro class. If your UTV is modified, it should go in the normal Pro or Open classes. “Stock Modified” makes absolutely no sense, and it shouldn’t be a class. I guess everyone gets a trophy. We will be watching and reporting on the top racers in the Pro UTV Class on Friday, March 6th, from Las Vegas, Nevada. If you can’t make it to the event, be sure to tune into the Livestream found on www.themint400.com. Plus, many of the drivers will be live-streaming in car cameras on their own individual YouTube pages. We will list links below as they get announced. The breakdown of classes-entries as of February 25th is: Pro UTV-65 Pro Turbo-17 Pro N/A-8 Pro Stock Modified-11 Pro Stock-7 Pro Open Rock-2 Stock Modified-5 Sportsman-2 Youth 1000-19 Youth 570-4 Youth 250-3 Youth 200-6 Youth 170-5 Youth 170 Prod-14 See the complete entry list here… https://themint400.com/entrylist/ IN CAR CAMERA LINKS The post THE 2026 MINT 400 UTV ENTRY LIST TOPS 170 appeared first on UTV Action Magazine. 8. Privateer Jeff Martin takes his Can-Am Maverick X3 shoed with Maxxis tires to victory at KOH. Renowned as one of the toughest off-road races in the world, the 2026 Can-Am UTV Hammers Championship course raised the bar once again. The unforgiving rock trails of Johnson Valley took out several front-runners and caused lead-swapping chaos. Through the carnage, Martin preserved his machine and made his move late in the race, climbing to the front and never relinquishing the lead. After ten hours of racing, only 25 of the 122 teams finished the race. “After pit two, when we headed down Aftershock, we really scaled it back,” said Martin. “We didn’t want to damage the car… And then when Cole Clark got behind us, he was right there, and we decided just to let him go. We started driving smart and driving our race. Then we were out in the desert, and man, we were going as fast as we could, watching temps – just keeping everything at bay. And then, lo and behold, Cole had a problem and pulled over. So it was just home free. But we were pushing it 100 percent the whole way. Special thanks to Chris Blais, he was a huge help.” Martin’s finishing time of 4 hours, 54 minutes, and 30 seconds placed him among the rare privateers to claim the UTV Hammers Championship, finishing more than seven minutes ahead of second place. In addition to the overall UTV victory, several other Can-Am racers found success at the 2026 Can-Am UTV Hammers Championship. Can-Am ambassador Hubert Rowland piloted his Maverick R to a Sportsman class win. Meanwhile, Kurt Mackie took top honors in the Pro Stock Turbo class, followed by freestyle motocross legend Brian Deegan and co-driver Terry Madden in second place. With a privateer overall win, multiple class victories, and strong performances across the field, Can‑Am leaves the 2026 King of the Hammers with strong momentum. Looking ahead, the team is all-in on preparation for the iconic Mint 400 on March 7th. Fans can stay up to date with behind‑the‑scenes content and race coverage through Can‑Am Off‑Road social channels. 9. Huntington Beach, CA — February 12, 2026 — MRT Tires delivered a major statement on one of off-road racing’s biggest stages at the King of the Hammers 2026, one of the toughest races in event history, as Cole Clark (#24) drove his Single Seat Polaris RZR Pro R on 37” MRT Rocky RX tires to a 2nd place class finish and 2nd Overall in the UTV Hammers Championship. Tackling one of the most brutal off-road races in the world, Clark’s podium result — achieved with Zero Flats — underscores not only driving talent and preparation, but also the performance and durability of the 37” MRT Rocky RX, a tire purpose-built for the harshest environments in off-road racing. Competing in the 4900 Open UTV class, Clark faced a stacked field of elite competitors along with extreme rock trails, high-speed desert sections, and relentless terrain that eliminated the majority of the field. His ability to push the pace while preserving equipment underscored both his driving skill and race strategy, as well as the durability and sidewall strength of MRT’s Nycore tire construction. “These MRT Tires — I beat the hell out of these tires and they held up. I am so amazed by them,” said Clark. “No lie, it’s probably the best tire I’ve ever ran. The sidewall is super tough — everybody says that, but this thing is actually tough.” 37” MRT Rocky RX 37” MRT Rocky RX: Zero Flats in the Harshest Conditions Clark’s podium finish came on the 37” MRT Rocky RX, a newly released size introduced in October 2025 and optimized for larger, high-horsepower UTVs competing in extreme terrain. Throughout the race, the Rocky RX absorbed repeated impacts while maintaining traction, stability, and control — ultimately delivering a Zero Flatsperformance from start to finish. “They track so good in the desert — razor-sharp performance. The tire is built for the car,” Clark added. “I’ve been beating the crap out of these things and they’ve held up to the test.” Cole Clark The Rocky RX features a super-sticky compoundengineered for maximum grip on rocky terrain, combined with 8-ply Nycore belted construction and reinforced sidewalls designed to deliver exceptional strength, flex, and impact resistance. Backed by MRT’s 1-year sidewall warranty, the Rocky RX continues to prove itself in the harshest racing environments. Youth Podium Adds to MRT’s Strong Showing MRT Tires’ success at King of the Hammers extended to the next generation, as Mason Dowker captured a 3rd place finish in the 4900 Futures Youth 1000cc UTV class on MRT Desert Storm Tires — further reinforcing MRT’s commitment to performance and durability across all levels of competition. Driven by Strength, Innovation, and Technology From podium finishes to zero-flat reliability, MRT Tires continues to push off-road performance forward through advanced engineering, race-proven construction, and relentless product development. Built to endure the toughest races on earth, MRT Tires deliver the strength, innovation, and technology serious racers and enthusiasts demand when the terrain is unforgiving and failure is not an option. MRT’s attention to quality with MRT Race Series tiresand Muscle Race Wheels is revolutionizing racer performance. MRT racers’ accomplishments are driven by the performance of MRT tires built with Kevlar Armor Belt technology for anti-puncture durability — giving MRT drivers the confidence to tackle the toughest terrain and weather conditions. These tires feature Triple Belt Kevlar, Quad Belt Kevlar, Nycore® belted construction, D-Fence® Sidewall Protection, Apex Bead Grip, and a sticky tread compound, resulting in exceptional anti-puncture performance, sidewall strength, and durability to withstand the most extreme conditions and toughest terrains. “We are proud of our racers and their performance. 10. Valcourt, Quebec, February 10, 2026 – Can‑Am, iconic brand of BRP Inc. (TSX/NASDAQ: DOO), extended its legacy of performance at the 20th anniversary of King of the Hammers. The highlight of the week came in the 2026 Can‑Am UTV Hammers Championship, where Jeff Martin piloted his Can‑Am Maverick X3 to a dramatic overall victory, marking one of the most hard‑fought UTV wins in event history. Jeff Martin and his team Celebrate the Win at UTV Hammers Championship “After pit two, when we headed down Aftershock, we really scaled it back,” said Martin. 13. Electronics are increasingly redefining vehicle dynamics, and Suspension Direct’s E-LINK represents one of the most practical applications of that shift for off-road enthusiasts and racers alike. Rather than rigid or manually disconnecting sway bar links, E-LINK introduces electronic control into the link assembly itself — giving riders the ability to tailor roll stiffness and articulation with precision. At its heart, the E-LINK system replaces traditional fixed sway bar links with electronically actuated links that can engage or disengage your anti-roll bar on command. Whether you’re building a dedicated race rig or refining a trail machine, this means switchable sway bar behavior without ever leaving the cockpit. For pure suspension freedom and handling versatility, E-LINK bridges the gap between on-road stability and off-road compliance. How the E-LINK System Works E-LINK swaps your standard sway bar links for electrically activated units that respond to a control signal. Most kits include a simple two-position switch mounted in the cab, letting you shift between engaged and disengaged modes. When engaged, the sway bar link functions like a traditional solid link, minimizing body roll. When disengaged, it allows each wheel to articulate independently — ideal for technical terrain and rock crawling. SDi E-Link Universal Kit includes rocker switch to allow lock/unlock sway bar links on-the-fly Unlike quick-disconnect aftermarket links that require stopping, E-LINK provides on-the-fly adjustability. That means more time riding and less time wrestling hardware, and it opens the door to smarter control when paired with adaptive suspension systems. SDi E-Link on a Polaris RZR XP S Why E-LINK Matters for Off-Road Performance UTVs and other off-road vehicles often face mixed terrain within a single ride: fast dunes, tight rock gardens, rutted washes, and hardpack trails. Fixed sway bar links offer a compromise that rarely nails every use case. E-LINK gives you: Improved high-speed stability with the sway bar engaged Maximum wheel travel when disengaged for tricky obstacles Seamless control changes without stopping This adaptability yields a smoother ride, better traction in technical sections, and more confidence at speed — a compelling advantage for trail riders and racers alike. E-LINK and E-CLIK One of the strengths of the E-LINK system is how cleanly it pairs with smart suspension platforms. When integrated with adaptive shock control found in SDi’s E-CLIK, E-LINK becomes part of a holistic ride-control strategy, adjusting both sway stiffness and damping in harmony with vehicle inputs and terrain sensors – automatically! This integrated performance isn’t just helpful — it represents a leap over traditional mechanically linked systems. Riders benefit from instant responsiveness and tailored behavior that would be virtually impossible with conventional hardware. Factory E-LINK-Style Control on the 2026 Polaris RZR Pro R Ultra Edition Polaris has taken the E-LINK concept a step further by embedding electronically controlled sway bar links as part of the new DYNAMIX DVS suspension system on the 2026 Polaris RZR Pro R Ultra Edition. Unlike standalone aftermarket kits you install yourself, Polaris’ system is factory-integrated hydraulic locking links developed in partnership with Suspension Direct, Inc. The electronic links on the Ultra Edition can switch rapidly — up to 200 times per second — giving the vehicle dynamic control over anti-roll behavior as terrain changes. This setup works in three modes: Semi-Active (rapid lock/unlock), Locked for maximum stability on fast sections, and Unlocked to allow full articulation during technical climbs. Polaris RZR Pro R Ultra Edition with SDi E-Link By tying this active sway link control into the broader DYNAMIX DVS system, Polaris delivers a suspension that adjusts sway stiffness automatically alongside damping and ride modes. The result is smoother handling, sharper control at speed, and enhanced comfort across demanding terrain — all without the rider needing to fiddle with switches mid-trail. 14. Honda Powersports & Products and 6666 Ranch proudly announce a landmark partnership, uniting two icons in their respective realms, each defined by hard work, durability and an uncompromising commitment to doing things the right way. As the Official Powersports Partner of 6666 Ranch, Honda brings its trusted Pioneer, ATV and power-equipment products to a legendary ranch that has embodied the spirit of real work for over one and a half centuries. Through the three-year partnership, Honda will provide powersports and power-equipment products to support daily operations at 6666 Ranch, including transportation across ranch property, fence inspection and maintenance, and support for cattle and horse operations in challenging conditions. Honda branding will also appear throughout ranch facilities and grounds, with the partnership extending to collaborative activations at signature events including the Return to the Remuda Horse Sale in Guthrie, Texas, and The Run for a Million held in Las Vegas. Founded in 1870, 6666 Ranch (pronounced “four sixes”) is recognized as one of the most storied ranches in Texas history. Today, it remains a leader in the agriculture industry, with operations spanning quality beef production, disciplined land management and the breeding of top-performing American Quarter Horses. Spanning 260,000 acres in Texas, the ranch manages thousands of cattle seasonally, supported by highly skilled cowboys and proven livestock-management practices refined over generations. The ranch’s managers maintain a long-held vision for responsible conservation, implementing practices that reflect good land stewardship while maximizing long-term land productivity. “Honda vehicles and power-equipment products are engineered to perform day in and day out, and this collaboration celebrates the people and places that depend on that reliability every single day,” said Jeremy McGuire, Director of Customer Engagement at American Honda. “Partnering with 6666 Ranch allows us to honor shared values of hard work, civic responsibility and respect for tradition, and to support the people and lifestyle that this country was built on.” Rooted in more than a century of ranching operations, 6666 Ranch is owned by Taylor Sheridan, whose commitment to authenticity and respect for the American West aligns with the values upon which the ranch was built. While also known as a filming location for the hit show Yellowstone, it remains first and foremost a working ranch, guided by performance-driven operations and uncompromising standards. “At the Four Sixes, we don’t partner with brands unless they earn it,” said Taylor Sheridan, owner of the 6666 Ranch. “Honda builds equipment that works the way a working ranch demands: reliable, durable and built without shortcuts. That shared respect for real work and doing things the right way makes this partnership a natural fit.” The post Honda Powersports Rides On To The 6666 Ranch appeared first on UTV Action Magazine.
